Shipping policy
Typically shipping times are 2-7 business days on all deliveries within the United States and 2-4 weeks internationally.
Please note also some designs may appear a bit darker than displayed online due differences in fluorescent colours in RGB and looking a bit more dull when printed in the CMYK colour palette.
We are committed to doing our utmost to meet our delivery estimates. If you find yourself in a situation where your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery time, please allow a few additional days. Why is shipping basically free?
Our shipping rates are carrier-calculated real-time rates based on the Ship To address and items in your shopping cart. We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that's been selected and the end-address. Since we use different suppliers for some products, we found it to be most cost-effective to ship products immediately after being made. This means if you order multiple items, they may be delivered at different points in time as we don't repackage them in-house. We can then pass on these savings on repackaging and logistics to our customers. You'll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.
What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
There's two things you should do if your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it.
- It may be a day or two late. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to delays in shipments, causing understandable frustration. It's important to note that while we provide estimated delivery times, these are just that – estimates. They are not ironclad guarantees due to the complex nature of logistics. Factors such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or unexpected surges in demand can affect delivery schedules despite our best efforts.
